Our Solution The KRYOSTICK® JUMBO :

1st PHASE : DEFROSTING 1 The KRYOSTICK® is warmed up during 15 minutes with electrical resistors. 2nd PHASE : FREEZING 2 Freezing stage during which the eutectic liquid passes into the solid state (in 2h30). It should be noted that it is the change of state which makes it possible to accumulate almost all the cold. 3rd PHASE : CONDITIONNING 3 The unit automatically switches to airing mode for 30 minutes to closer the temperature at-10°C at the end of the cycle (in all the sticks). 4th PHASE : STORAGE 4 The cell automatically moves into conservation mode, it provides a maintenance temperature of -10°C to -12°C (to ensure the sustainability of the refrigeration equipment and maintain this performance, the shelf time should not exceed 4 hours). Eutectic icepacks freezing
  • Aim of the test carried out: Determine the time freezing of all icepacks with a Kryostick®cell.
  • 15 sticks per panier-stick ® / 12 baskets on trolley ie 180 sticks.
  • sticks provided by our client of 420g with an non condensing envelope dimensions:
  • t:36, l:90, h:185 mm. Eutectic Point: -0,5°C.
  • Containing a blend in gel form.
  • Objective: reach in every ice pack a temperature of -12°C to heart, starting from an initial temperature of 20°C
